Select “Add Task”

Click on the ‘Add New’ button in the top-right corner and select ‘Add Task’.
Choose a Milestone
Select the Milestone under which you want to add the task.
Enter Task Details
A box will open where you can give the task name and fill in the task details such as date range, budget, and estimated budget. Click ‘Add’.
Add Task in Film Production Calendar
The task will be added at the end of the tasks under the selected milestone.

- Click ‘Add Task’ button.
- Give the name of the task and its details; date range, budget, estimated budget and progress. Click ‘Done’. The task is created at the end of the list.
