On the top of the list of milestones, there are options to customize the film production calendar. The first is ‘Expand All’, which will show every task under every milestone.
Collapse All
The second is ‘Collapse All’, which hides every task under every milestone, bringing it to a concise view.
Zoom Options
The rest of the options are ‘Zoom In’, ‘Zoom Out’, and ‘Zoom to Fit’. ‘Zoom to Fit’ fits the calendar to the screen.
Adjust Calendar View
You can also adjust the calendar from a graph view to a table view by adjusting the red line between them.
