This feature allows you to set up milestones with specific names, date ranges, and budgets, and add detailed tasks under each milestone. Create and manage your production timeline efficiently to keep your project on track.
Click ‘Add New’ Button

Click on the ‘Add New’ button in the top-right corner, and then select ‘Add New Milestone.’
Enter Milestone Details
A box will open. Enter the name of the milestone, its date range, budget, and estimated budget.
Add Tasks to Milestone
Provide details for tasks under the milestone, including the name, date range, budget, and estimated budget. You can add more tasks as needed. Once finished, click ‘Add.’
Milestone in Film Production Calendar
The new milestone will appear at the end of the list of milestones.

- Click on “Add Milestone”.
- Give the name of the milestone and its details; date range, budget and estimated budget. Click “Done”.
- The milestone is created at the end of the list.
